Sandler Training is Fundraiser for End Polio Now Campaign
End Polio Now Campaign set to get a great start October 15, 2014.
Sandler Training Systems is partnering with District 7620 to help eradicate polio. Sandler is donating a full day of training to us at no cost. This internationally respected training system retails for $3000 a day. We are offering this great day of sales training for $199 until August 31st, then prices will rise slightly.
The training will be held Wednesday, October 15th from 8:00am to 4:30pm at Charlestown Retirement Center’s Erickson Conference center. The training will include lunch and a Sandler book. We will have a luncheon speaker from the Centers for Disease Control to update us on the Polio fight.
Sandler training is for veteran sales people, those new to sales, or anyone wishing to improve their communication and relationship building skills. This program has successfully raised in excess of $28,000 for End Polio Now in Greensboro, NC. They are coming into their 4th year of the offering.
They find new members at this event who did not know of Rotary and the good work we do. So this is a win, win opportunity for Rotarians and Non-Rotarians to get involved.
Rotarians are asked to attend if interested. If this is not for you then we need you to really help us get the word out to those you know who have sales organizations, or sales people who could benefit.
If we are able to get 250 paid attendees we will raise $50,000. Sandler is providing the training at no cost to us; Charlestown is providing the event location at no cost to us; our only cost is lunch and we looking for a corporate sponsor to cover that cost. When we raise $50,000 it is matched 2 for 1 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for a total of $150,000 going to the fight to eradicate polio…a truly significant achievement for all!
