Ken Freeman was the speaker for the May 22, 2025, Rotary Club Meeting. Ken, a long time resident of Montgomery County, addressed the subject of the Montgomery Citizen Academy. 
Ken has been very active with that organizaton, and the Citizen Academy Alumni Association since 2003. He has served as President of the Alumni Association for the past four years. During his presentation last Thursday, Ken explained how valuable the Montgomery Citizen Academy has been to the County, allowing the County's residents to get involved in and understand the work of law enforcement.
