[Above] The main dining room of Normandie Farm Restaurant was full for the 33rd annual Rotary International Night Program featuring Superintendent of Schools Dr. Joshua Starr and Rotary International Scholars. We were honored that District Governor Bob Parkinson, District Governor Elect Peter Kyle and District Governor Nominee Bill Fine and their wives attended.
