Telecommunications Relay Services

Jenny Pearson is the outreach coordinator for Maryland Relay. Maryland relay provides telecommunications relay services for the state of Maryland including TTY, Voice Carry Over (VCO), Hearing Carry Over (HCO), Speech-to-Speech (STS), Visually Assisted Speech-to-Speech (VA STS), and Spanish.

Maryland Relay users are individuals who are unable to use a standard telephone, including those who are/have:
•      Deaf
•      Difficulty Speaking
•      DeafBlind
•      Hard of Hearing
•      Limited Mobility
•      Cognitive Difficulty
