Hiram Perez works at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is a Senior Partner Development Manager.  He is responsible for leading the partner relationship between IBM Federal and AWS.  Hiram has 20+ years’ experience in Information Technology. And has held various positions at IBM, EMC, Hewlett Packard as well as healthcare and cybersecurity start-ups.  His core competency is helping customers and partners effectively adopt new technology in order to transform and improve efficiencies, achieve business outcomes, and increase revenues. Hiram is a former US Air Force officer where he served as Chief of Air Traffic Control responsible for running base ATC facilities.  Hiram holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of South Florida. He lives in Ellicott City, MD with his wife Donna of 36 years, he has three grown sons and owns a 30 acre farm outside of Wheeling WV where he enjoys dirt biking, fishing, splitting wood, kayaking, trail biking and working on his 1978 Ford Tractor.
