Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett thanks Bob Nelson for serving as Chair of the Upcounty Citizens Advisory Board for the past year. The certificate reads: “In recognition and appreciation of your outstanding service as Chair of the Upcounty Citizens Advisory Board helping to ensure that the community continues to thrive as a vibrant place to live, work, play and raise a family. You have my thanks and gratitude for helping to make our community a better place to live and work.” The Upcounty Citizens Advisory Board represents approximately 300,000 residents.
